Who we are

Coreva IT is a web and AI team based in Pakistan. This policy covers coreva-it.tech, its contact form, its website assistant and the Maple & Mira jewelry demo. For any privacy question, email contact@coreva-it.tech.

What we collect

• Contact form: the details you enter, such as your name, email address and message.
• Website assistant: the messages you type. If you book a discovery call, also your name, email address, any notes you add and the time you choose.
• Jewelry demo: the messages you type and any details you enter for a demo order or appointment, such as a name, email address and shipping address. The store is fictional and payments run in Stripe test mode, so no real order is made and no money is charged. You are welcome to use made-up details, but an order email only arrives if the email address is real.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated form submissions, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
• Browser storage: the chat window may keep a session ID in your browser so a conversation can continue. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to you and send the confirmation emails you ask for.
• To schedule and run discovery calls.
• To answer your questions in the website assistant and the demo.
• To prevent spam and abuse, and to keep the website and assistant working well.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we use

We rely on a small number of providers to run this website. They process information only to provide their service to us:

• Hostinger: website hosting and our business email.
• Amazon Web Services: the server that runs our assistant, and the AI model (Amazon Bedrock) that writes its replies.
• Supabase: the database that stores chat history, call bookings and demo records.
• Google: Gmail sends our emails, and Google Calendar and Google Meet are used for discovery calls.
• Stripe: test-mode payment pages for the jewelry demo.

Google account data

We connect Google services only to our own Google account, to send emails and create calendar events for calls you book. We do not ask for access to your Google account, and we do not read, store or share anyone's Google account data.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and we delete it sooner if you ask.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email contact@coreva-it.tech and we will reply within 30 days.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
